If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

JOIN OUR TOUR AT ANY STOP! There are two main routes available: the Red Route (live commentary) and the Blue Route (digitally recorded in 8 languages). The Green Link is additional and serves as transportation to the other routes. Change tours at any stop with an additional colour spot. For example: Aldwych: you may change here for the red, blue or green link. The bus comes by every 15-20 minutes (sooner in the high season) with over 70 coaches running at any given time.

1. What time are your first and last buses?
Generally, our first buses depart at 08:30 in the morning. Last bus times vary depending on the time of year. They are usually 16:30 in January, February, November and December, 17:00 in March and October, 18:00 April to September.

2. Can I hop on and off between Live and Language Tours?
Yes, Live and Language Tours are interchangeable.

3. Does the bus ticket include entrance to any of the attractions?
No, entrance to attractions is not included.

4. How often does the River Cruise depart?
Approximately every 20 minutes.

5. How long does the tour last?
Your ticket is valid for the live or language tours. Each ticket is also valid for 24 hours from the time of initial boarding so you can hop on and off at any stop and the tour can last as long as you wish.
